About the Role As a Whistleblower Program Adviser – Intake Manager, Frameworks & Systems Administrator, Reporting in our Whistleblower Program Team in Group Compliance, you'll play a key role in managing and maintaining the program's frameworks and system administration (including user access, systems support, assurance, and customisations), whistleblower intake and initial assessment; developing and delivering reporting involving data analytics, insights, themes and emerging risks; record keeping and administrative processes and procedures; monitoring and managing the Program's control framework and assisting with Risk Theme Officer delegate responsibilities; and program awareness and promotional activities, team initiatives, enhancements, and maintenance. As a Whistleblower Program Adviser – Intake Manager, Frameworks & Systems Administrator, Reporting, you are accountable for: Managing initial contacts with whistleblowers, assessing escalation triggers, setting up cases for triage by the Whistleblower Program Advisers, and maintaining accurate and current program records in accordance with ANZ's whistleblower policy and procedures and relevant legislation. Managing and maintaining Whistleblower Program frameworks and systems, including case management system (eg user access, systems support, manage assurance, conduct or coordinate system customisations and updates), contract and budget/invoicing management, training allocations, communications coordination and coordination. Developing and delivering regular reports for senior stakeholders, including data quality assurance, data analytics, insights, themes, and emerging risks, and for external stakeholders as required (eg auditors, regulators). Monitoring and managing controls and approaches to compliance, including mitigating control failures, monitoring and reporting on KRIs and tolerances as a L1 Control Operator under the Non Financial Risk Framework (with oversight) and assisting with NFR L2 Risk Theme Officer delegate responsibilities. Assisting Whistleblower Program Team with preparing and delivering specialised training, program promotion and awareness activities, Group and Program initiatives, enhancements, and maintenance. Actively contributing to and fostering the development of a safe and effective speak up compliance and risk culture to maximise opportunities to raise awareness of whistleblower policies, practices, and procedures within ANZ.
