We're looking for a Client Services Team Leader to manage Client Services, including financial and operational services, projects, and change.
Use the know-how you've gained in client services.

You'll learn plenty as you deliver and manage Client Services compliance requirements in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
As an expert in hospitality, you'll solve problems by building and managing relationships with Partners, Staff, and External Clients to ensure a seamless experience on the client floors.
In our National Workplaces Team, you'll also: Lead, manage and deliver Client Services Manage the relationships with our catering suppliers Build capability across service teams in facility, client services, and operational management Meet or exceed budget deliverables Deliver key reporting on service deliverables as part of the continuous process review and business reporting requirements More About You You have supervisory experience in Hospitality/Client Services You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills You have strong financial management and budgeting skills You have outstanding networking and communication skills Solid experience in Operational Management within this field or Hotel management is preferred You have understanding of how Clients & Strategy operates and its core activities You have experience in project management, contract management, change, and operational management You have understanding of Workplace Health & Safety in relation to the management of the food and beverage service and the Firm's compliance requirements You have understanding of building code in relation to management of the physical tenancy Your skills in report writing, business cases, and presentations You have Proven staff management abilities It's time to move forward.
