SHS CIVIL is currently seeking a well experienced Administration & Office Assistant for an exciting full time permanent position with SHS Civil located in Ararat. This is a great opportunity for an individual to assist with a variety of tasks, learn on the job and expand their current skill set. Duties & Responsibilities Include: Assisting the finance manager with data input and reconciliations. Meeting and greeting customers and suppliers. Answer and direct phone calls. Skills & Experience: A strong work ethic. Professional communication - verbal and written. The ability to work well as part of a team. Punctual and reliable.
