They are well known in the market for supporting leading asset owners and developers with flexible short and long-term capital solutions.
The Melbourne team is growing, and they require an Analyst to support deal flow and the origination and portfolio management teams.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for identifying corporate real estate debt financing opportunities with deals for construction and investment loans in the range of $40 - $200 million.
This opportunity will see you tasked with structuring transactions to best suit the credit objectives of the borrower and undertaking credit and property analytics to support this.
The ideal candidate will match the following: Have an undergraduate degree in Property/Commerce/Finance/Law (or relevant area) Have between 2-4 years of post-grad experience, ideally within an advisory, investment, finance, or real estate field.
Have an advanced understanding/interest in commercial real estate.
Have a personality that will speak up & bring ideas to the table.
Be driven, a team player, and have strong attention to detail.
