About the role See Yourself in Our Team: We're a dedicated team of Analysts based in Docklands supporting a team of Relationship Executives operating in the Health Team.
Part of the thriving Commercial Banking business, our team is focusing on meeting the needs of Small to Medium Enterprises within these sectors, with turnover of up to $150 M and commercial debt facilities of up to $50 M.
Do Work That Matters: We have several exciting Analyst opportunities available in our Melbourne, Docklands office.
Our Analysts in commercial banking cover a broad range of activities depending on experience, including client and industry research, financial analysis, modelling and risk assessment, as well as assisting with some of the day-to-day operational activities associated with maintaining existing clients as well as the onboarding of new customers.
We're looking for curious individuals with strong analytical abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
More Specifically, You Will: Assess creditworthiness, oversee applications, conduct due diligence, and model financial risk.
Prioritise quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimisation.
Support Relationship Executives to align client needs, enhance service, and strategise product offerings.
Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyse client data.
Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly.
Assist with and address queries relating to the opening of business accounts and other associated service-based tasks.
We want to hear from you if you have: Robust financial analysis and modelling skills, a business/commerce degree with accounting experience.
Adaptable, independent and a team player with good communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
The ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions and to prioritise risk, compliance, and credit assurance.
Experience in opening and troubleshooting issues related to business accounts and service-related tasks.
