Responsibilities: Oversee Supervisors and Contractors for Western Suburbs Jobs Ensure jobs are delivered to the highest standards, including meeting KPIs, achieving project margins, and compliance with OH&S processes.
Provide strong leadership and communicate clearly and accurately with the broader Construction team and key stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality customer service.
Qualifications: With your previous experience gained in the insurance repair construction industry, you will present with leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
You will be skilled at building relationships and detail-focused, understanding how insurance repair jobs run.
A genuine people person, you will enjoy working with others and delivering great service to customers.
