The successful candidate will be responsible for: Design & Architecture Division: Nurturing relationships with established blue-chip clientele Expanding reach in the corporate sector, particularly law and accounting firms Leveraging an impressive project pipeline to secure new opportunities Design & Construct Division: Spearheading business development for a new commercial fitout arm Positioning the company as a one-stop shop for project management and construction services Building a strong client base in this exciting new venture THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Our Client Is Looking For a Seasoned Professional With Proven experience in business development within the commercial property or construction sectors Strong network and relationships in the corporate world, particularly with law and accounting firms Ability to understand and articulate complex design and construction concepts Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new market opportunities NEXT STEPS If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and drive the growth of both established and new business arms, we want to hear from you.
