You should enjoy helping people and be smart enough to actively listen to what the client wants, not just rely on what your previous training tells you to do. You will have ideally managed a large portfolio of clients.
The bigger the better as you will get a big one here. Exceptional communication skills are an absolute must as you will be running client meetings and managing team members on a daily basis.
