Workers' Compensation (Insurance & Superannuation) Full time About the Role We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Workers' Compensation business and assist in driving growth within Victoria and the broader national practice.
Supported by award-winning and industry-recognised learning and development initiatives, and experienced management, you will use your consultative approach to provide outstanding service to our clients.
Our services include workers' compensation consulting, self-insurance, Work, Health & Safety, data & analytics, mental health and risk state insurance placement, with the objective of protecting our clients, their employees and Directors & Officers.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Melbourne office.
What the day will look like Support the execution of our national Workplace Risk strategy Manage a portfolio of risk state policy renewals Workers' Compensation data input and analysis using our proprietary data and analytics tools and templates Regular client interaction including onsite / face to face meetings as required Consultancy support to clients across various aspects of workers' compensation (Premium, Policy & Claims) Identify revenue enhancement opportunities within the designated portfolio With the support of our insurer partners, assist our clients reduce their frequency and severity of claims, through the implementation of targeted risk improvement initiatives Manage crucial interface with Client Service Support, Claims and our Global & Corporate and National Broking teams Manage key stakeholder relationships with Insurers, Regulators and internal Brokers Skills and experience that will lead to success A strong knowledge of the workers compensation market, ideally with hands on exposure to underwriting, policy registration and premium models in any state jurisdiction Demonstrated ability to interpret workers' compensation legislation and articulate advice in a succinct manner Experience managing your own client portfolio or ability to demonstrate your consultancy capabilities A strong interest and passion towards articulating value through the use of data and analytics.
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills would be highly regarded.
