Commercial Finance Manager – Transformation Job no: 502244 Work type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Melbourne Categories: Accounting & Finance Your Impact Reporting to the Group Head of Finance Transformation, this role will partner with our Group Transformation team – one of the key contributors of growth and impactful change in the Asahi business! As a key member of the central Transformation Office, you will act as the primary central finance capability for the full transformation team.
Key responsibilities Supporting the overall financial delivery of the Transformation – ensuring these results are delivered in a sustainable way and consistent with the Asahi Beverages strategy Act as a key interface between the Transformation team and the broader Finance team Support to ongoing development and evolution of the Transformation Blueprint and delivery roadmap Managing and leading specific Transformation projects inc.
cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise transformation initiatives, ensure alignment with the company's vision and strategy Communicating the transformation financial progress to key stakeholders Lead and support financial analysis on group transformation projects, including working closely with cross functional teams About You Previous experience in a finance role, preferably in a transformation or change management capacity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Extensive experience in business and financial analysis to enable effective decision making Extensive experience in strategy development and implementation, ideally in FMCG sector Strong financial acumen and ability to assess financial implications of decisions and recommendations Qualifications in CPA or CA Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
