About the Role Base Location:
Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to: Glasgow, , or Dublin.
Salary:
£32,600 (€47,000)- £77,400 (€108,600) + Performance-Related Bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

This role offers you the opportunity to join a critical team in delivering the Group's M&A, project financing, and investment appraisal, with modeller, analyst, and manager roles available depending on experience.
You will play a pivotal role in driving forward all areas across the Corporate Finance team, including:
– Reviewing, assessing, and managing M&A and project financing transactions.
– Appraising potential investment or divestment decisions.
– Leading modelling workstreams by developing, creating, and owning financial models.
– Preparation of Board papers and presentations.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
– Strong financial modelling skills.
– Financial accounting or CFA qualification (ICAS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent).
– Prior experience in a corporate finance, or transaction services would be beneficial, but not essential.
– Highly analytical and experienced problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
– Confident communicator who can simplify complex messages and provide high quality work on a timely and consistent basis.
