What does the job look like? The Corporate Payroll Team Leader provides support to the Senior Manager Payroll Services and works closely with other Team Leaders in Group Finance and HR teams.
Leading a team of up to (4) staff, this role ensures the accurate and timely processing of the Salaried/Exec Payroll and other areas including: Processing payroll related 3rd Party payments Reconciliation of employee deductions Prepare and distribute weekly payroll costing reports to Business Units Prepare and distribute Payroll leave reporting Other payroll duties as required Are you the one? You will have a track record of leading people and working together to meet deadlines in a payroll function.
You can demonstrate: Relevant tertiary qualification in an Accounting or a related field Extensive experience in a payroll function in medium to larger organisations Experience in SAP payroll and processes Strong reconciliation skills Customer service orientated Excellent verbal and written communication At Linfox, we are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where people can perform at their best.
