Job Description As a Credit Controller you will be entitled to: Perform credit checks on potential clients and assess creditworthiness.
Manage outstanding balances and ensure timely debt payments.
Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Prepare reports detailing account statuses and debt recovery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Identify problematic accounts and escalate as needed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of financial processes.
The Successful Applicant A successful Credit Controller should have: Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
What's on Offer You will be entitled to: A competitive salary range of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum.
