About the role: The Engagement Manager will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with business stakeholders and internal teams, supporting the prioritisation and successful delivery of Data & Analytics initiatives. Additionally, the Engagement Manager will oversee project delivery within the Data & Analytics teams, ensuring robust project governance. Some of the things you'll do are: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and data teams. Facilitate regular communication and updates to ensure stakeholders are informed about project status and progress. Develop and implement project governance frameworks for Data & Analytics projects, ensuring adherence to best practices. Prepare and present status reports to management and stakeholders highlighting achievements and challenges for Data & Analytics projects. We're looking for people who have: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proven experience in an Agile environment. Understanding and appreciation of data analytics technologies and practices. Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver successful projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High quality written and verbal communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with data products and familiarity with data management practices. PMO experience will be an added advantage.
