About the role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Lyrebird Health, you'll play a key role in helping us grow by bringing in new corporate and enterprise customers.
Your experience working with large organisations will be crucial as you manage long sales cycles and build strong, lasting relationships.
We're looking for someone who understands how to work with big companies, plus if it was in healthcare.
You'll need to be patient and genuinely care about meeting the needs of our clients.
You'll also be great at giving presentations, creating pitch decks, and building your own sales processes from the ground up.
Your focus will be on achieving sales goals while making sure our customers are happy and see the value in what we offer.
What you'll bring to the table Experience in Enterprise Sales: You've successfully managed and closed complex sales deals with large companies.
Healthcare Background (Preferred): Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a big plus.
Patience and Customer Focus: You know how to manage long sales cycles and keep the customer's needs front and centre.
Great Presentation Skills: You're confident in creating and delivering presentations that connect with big audiences.
Self-Starter: You can create your own pitch decks and business processes without needing much direction.
Results-Driven: You focus on the numbers and use data to guide your sales strategies.
CRM Knowledge: You're comfortable with CRM systems (Hub Spot is a plus) and know how to manage a sales pipeline.
Problem Solver: You're creative in finding solutions that fit the specific needs of our enterprise clients.
A month at Lyrebird In a typical month as an Enterprise Account Executive, you might: Demo, close and support onboarding of large hospitals or multiple clinics with 100+ doctors into the platform.
Build relationships with leaders at large companies, understanding their challenges and how Lyrebird can help.
Work with our product and customer success teams to develop solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
Take charge of the sales journey from the first meeting to the final contract, focusing on building long-term relationships.
Create and present pitch decks that clearly show how Lyrebird can add value to potential clients.
Look at sales data to refine your approach and improve conversion rates.
Share your insights and contribute to decisions that drive Lyrebird's growth in the enterprise market.
