A Glimpse at Your New Role As a Business Development Manager, your role is to establish and nurture industry relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to welcome new clients into the Acquire family.
This position involves defining long-term strategic goals for the organization, cultivating essential customer relationships, spotting business prospects, negotiating and finalizing business agreements, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of current market conditions.
Collaboration with internal teams, such as marketing and other departments, is essential to enhance sales opportunities and optimize revenue generation.
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, and our sales teams are expected to ensure that our clients not only experience happiness but also share positive feedback about their interactions with Acquire.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by effectively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Strategically identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to develop a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
Proactively follow up with leads, clients, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are promptly addressed.
Manage your sales pipeline to generate successful business outcomes.
Accurately forecast sales and track performance against target.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Acquire BPO's service offerings and competitive advantages to effectively convey them to clients.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, emphasizing the value and benefits of Acquire BPO's services.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Promote and exemplify Acquire's values internally and externally.
Champion Acquire's value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting multidisciplinary customer relationships.
Stay current with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
Collect and communicate customer feedback, insights, and concerns to internal teams.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and client services to align go-to-market activities with sales priorities.
Utilize and keep up to date all systems provided by the company that are relevant to your position.

What You'll Bring: Ability to hit the ground running.
3+ years key sales experience (Call Centre/BPO experience an advantage).
A strong understanding of core call centre/BPO, outsourcing is a strong advantage; naturally confident networker and relationship builder.
Accomplished in strategic selling (Miller Heiman, TAS, etc.).
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce) or other sales management tools.
