Your Role There is no typical working week at Flybuys.
Here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day: Provide high-quality and proactive EA support to the Chief People Officer (CPO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Partner Campaigns & Offers (CPCO).
Plan and maintain the diary for the CPO, CPCO & CTO, including booking travel and ensuring they attend all meetings well-prepared.
Communicate with key stakeholders about important events, meetings, and documents for pre-read.
Manage and deliver events for our people, including Monthly Tribe/Team days, Quarterly Team Days, All Hands, and offsites.
Reconcile monthly expense transaction reports with Flybuys Corporate Card expense receipts.
Review and route correspondence, draft documents, and collect relevant information.
Ad hoc project work when required.
Produce documents and information by transcribing, formatting, and researching data from multiple sources.
Provide HR administrative support for the CPO, CPCO & CTO and their leadership teams.
Contribute towards our culture of service, performance, and teamwork.
Act with complete confidentiality and integrity at all times.
Represent the Office of the CEO Team across the Wesfarmers & Coles EA community.
Manage high-performing relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Your Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
A high degree of multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling confidential information.
Ability to develop and deliver practical solutions to problems.
Maturity, resilience, and the ability to work with minimal direction.
Strong capability across the Microsoft 365 Product Suite and other applications.

Corporate presentation and confidence to liaise with all levels of the business.
