The Opportunity – Initial 4 Month Contract As an Executive Assistant, you will support two of our C-Level, Senior Executives (Hub Leads of Amplar).
In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in enhancing productivity and ensuring smooth operations.
You will be the right-hand person, proactively identifying opportunities, predicting requirements, and implementing solutions.
You will be the first point of contact to ensure their effectiveness and impact.
In this role, you will also collaborate as part of a broader EA community to ensure that Medibank and Amplar Health's senior leadership teams are set up for success.
This initial 4 month contract opportunity is a mix of working in our new Head Office in Melbourne CBD and work from home.
Key responsibilities will include: Prioritising your Senior Executive's time, including negotiating and scheduling meetings, preparing for meetings, and travel requirements.
Briefing and preparing your Senior Executives appropriately prior to internal & external meetings with stakeholders including preparing briefing packs.
Planning and scheduling the day-to-day operating rhythms of the Senior Executive's team including meetings cycles, performance and planning cycles.
Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the Medibank Group and external partnerships.
Developing, updating, and maintaining administrative systems and documentation, including expense management, leave requests and recruitment approvals.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have experience as an Executive Assistant within a large/complex corporate environment.
You can maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism and build and nurture positive and effective working relationships.
You demonstrate good judgment and are proactive, flexible, and solutions-minded, with strong attention to detail and are exceptionally organised.
Strong communication and administrative skills.
Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
