We rally together, drawing on the diverse skills across our teams and create environments where great ideas are heard.UGL are seeking interest from experienced Administrators with a background working in the Resources sector to join our operations team onsite at the Viva facility, Geelong.The Timesheet Administrator works collaboratively with the Project Accounting and Operations teams to support the timely processing of timesheets and payroll on behalf of projects.The Timesheet Administrator is responsible for collaborating with Group Payroll in ensuring that employee records are correctly established and maintained, and timesheets are processed accurately and on time.You are also responsible for checking the accuracy of pay-slips, handling pay queries relating to wages personnel, and ensuring all timesheet/payroll activities are transacted in line with group deadlines.A balance of keen attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to handle sensitive information is critical to the role.About YouAs a key member of the team, your skills will ensure that all work meets the standards of project milestones.
