Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner - Sales & Marketing, your key duties will include: KEY OBJECTIVES: Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, your key objective will be to provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support the leadership team in making well-informed commercial decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing financial analysis and insights to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Partner with Cost Centre Managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly rolling forecasts.
Assist with the establishment and management of financial systems and procedures across the Company.
Ensure all business unit costs and revenue are accurately reflected and re-forecast each month.
Assist with the roll-out and ongoing maintenance of the Cost-To-Serve model, and partner with the senior stakeholders to ensure the output is understood properly.
Complete month-end close procedures for Milwaukee Division.
Prepare analysis of monthly results providing insights on variances to forecast.
Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of various models in Anaplan.
Forecast revenue and expenses to support budgeting and planning processes.
Support the Sales and Marketing departments with financial modelling and campaign reviews.
Track Capex requests to ensure forecast reflects approved requests.
Provide business case for Capex and other sales & marketing initiatives.
Provide financial input and support for business projects/initiatives for the Milwaukee Division as required.
Continuously develop and implement initiatives to improve integrity and analysis of financial information.
Provide financial control and analysis on various areas of the business, ensuring the financial impact is communicated to senior stakeholders.
Maintenance of proper internal controls in accordance with policies, guidelines and the schedule of authority.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Strong business partnering skills with the ability to explain financial matters to non-finance stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Anaplan/TM1/Hyperion preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proactive and inquisitive attitude with a desire to seek improvement.
CPA or CA qualification (or working towards completion) preferred.
Experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities and risks.
