Are you ready for your next career challenge as our newly created Financial Manager? We are seeking a dynamic candidate to take charge of our reporting, budgeting, and related processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. As we are super excited to be expanding our team, we can offer an immediate start to the successful candidate!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Finance Team: Provide accountability, encourage innovation, and implement best practices.
Financial Management: Lead and manage month-end close and prepare accurate financial statements.
Compliance: Ensure all financial activities meet statutory reporting requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budget preparation and forecasts.
Asset Management: Maintain and update equipment leases and assets, including interest and depreciation journals.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational divisions to drive cost savings and efficiencies.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: Proven extensive expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Skills: Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in accounting software (Viewpoint Vista preferred), and excellent analytical abilities.
Leadership: Ability to manage staff and implement efficient processes.
Communication: Strong internal and external communication skills.
Flexibility: Dynamic and adaptable nature.
