Finance Manager

As the successful applicant, you will be working in the finance team with our other wonderful staff.
The working hours for this position are Full Time, Monday- Friday.
Salary negotiable according to qualifications.
Key Responsibilities Manage internal finance team of 5 Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures Manage and oversee monthly accounts process Manage preparation of monthly compliance and other statutory obligations Develop budgets and forecasts for the group Provide insightful and important financial information to executive team Collaborate with operations, sales and executive team Liaise with external accountants and other stakeholders Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Proven experience in a similar role (Agri/Hort is highly regarded) Proficient in Reckon and Xero Proficient in MS Office Suite Relevant tertiary qualification in Business (CA/CPA qualification is an advantage) Please click 'Apply' and attach your cover letter along with your resume.
