They pride themselves on their flexible working policies, with the team currently working two days per week in the office.
The role is ideally suited to someone with strong knowledge of month-end close, consolidations and balance sheet reconciliations in large corporate environment on SAP.
The team are also a key hub for SAP training and improving efficiencies in the month-end close, hence strong SAP knowledge is a must.
The Challenge Reporting to the Head of Group Reporting & Accounting, key responsibilities will include: Managing the centralised GL function and associated tasks such as journals, month-end close, consolidations and balance sheet recs Producing key month end, quarter-end and year-end consolidated reporting Partnering closely with the statutory reporting team to drive efficient month-end processes, and to provide checks and controls Providing ongoing training and support to the finance team on SAP processes and transactions, ensuring best-practice use of SAP Leading a high performing team of 3 The Expertise Please consider applying for this position if you meet the following criteria: CA/CPA qualification Relevant month-end close experience in an SAP environment Good knowledge of consolidations Process-oriented mindset, able to intuitively understand SAP ERP transaction flows Ability to lead and coach colleagues on automation and optimisation tasks, to ensure a continuous improvement culture The Next Step If this position will enhance your career and you would like further details on the client, the role, remuneration or a copy of the position description, please call Sophie Wood for a confidential discussion on 0491 237 829.
