What you'll do: As a Financial Controller in Aged Care, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the finance function.

Additionally, you will handle key operational responsibilities such as residential subsidy billing, investment management, bond/RAD reporting, and month-end completion.

You have proven experience managing a team of finance staff.
Your knowledge of Australian accounting standards and Australian NFP tax compliance requirements is extensive.
You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office skills, particularly in time and attendance data management, payroll or other client management systems.
Your high attention to detail, hands-on approach, and ability to adapt quickly to new processes in a changing environment will be key to your success in this role.
