Financial Controller - Renewable Energy

```html Job Title: Financial Controller As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the overall financial management of a key renewable asset.
You will oversee all aspects of finance, including accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, financing, insurance, and financial planning & analysis.
Your role is crucial in ensuring robust financial controls, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Essential Skills and Knowledge Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration.
A professional qualification (CFA, CMA, CA, ACCA) is essential.
A Master's degree in Finance and/or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a similar position.
Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm in Audit, Tax, and Assurance is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Australian corporate and tax laws, local GAAP, and IFRS.
Experience with market-leading ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
Professional Skills: Superior analytical and synthesis skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
