About the Team This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business. The Opportunity You'll join our winning Financial Services Onboarding team and uphold first level defence against potential fraud and financial loss by vetting and checking all incoming applications. Configure and provision the facility to ensure clients are up and running ASAP. The Role Efficiently and accurately assess and make decisions on merchant applications within established MYOB policies, procedures and risk appetite. Gathering, analysing and assessing information relating to MYOB Online Payment applications, including merchant business and personal profile in order to effectively assess their risk profile. Prepare risk review documentation highlighting areas of risk with a recommendation and raise this to management. Keeping detailed and accurate records of client data and applications within MYOB CRM and associated systems. What you will bring Experience in financial, payment or related risk assessment environment preferred. Experience in AML – CTF, KYC policies and procedures preferred. Effective communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experienced in delivering results and meeting the expectations of external business partners and clients. Exceptional analytical skills. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook). Our Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
