About the role Reporting to the Managing Director and with a team of three, this is a role that requires a strategic focus coupled with a hands-on approach.
As our Head of Marketing, you'll be developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and the overall growth with our core B2 B business.
Specifically, you will be responsible for: Driving the company's key performance metrics including brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
Craft and execute an innovative marketing strategy that elevates our brand and drives explosive growth in existing and new markets.
Be accountable for our story, strategy, presence and marketing success.
You'll deeply understand our customers, and their customers to deliver unique and targeted storytelling.
Create and drive the vision and strategy for marketing and its future capabilities on a global scale.
Analyzing and utilising data on customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
Partner closely with the Sales, Product and R&D teams to define our product offerings, messaging and positioning - providing expert guidance across traditional, digital, SEM, social and trigger marketing campaigns to deliver campaigns that engage our customers and drive top-line sales.
About you You are customer obsessed, with a track record of turning data-driven insights into marketing plans and campaigns! Your flair for storytelling along with your highly commercial mindset means you are capable of understanding and capitalising on the nuances of a B2 B marketplace.
As a strategic leader you will have the ability to "roll up your sleeves" and be completely hands-on from the outset.
6+ years' strategic experience in a B2 B marketing or growth role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team.
Proven experience developing marketing strategies, plans and campaigns, where you're able to understand the target audience and can solve their problems.
Capable of translating marketing and communications actions and metrics to business results and measures of commercial impact.
Proven track record of implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to significantly accelerate growth.
Budget management experience, as well as sound financial acumen and an ability to interpret financial statements.
