Internal Workplace Investigations Manager Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, this role will play a key role in managing, assessing, and investigating serious misconduct allegations involving client's employees and contractors.
This role requires a strong ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring fairness and natural justice for all parties involved.
In this role, you will: Oversee the assessment, triage, and formal investigation of misconduct allegations, ensuring adherence to the client's policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
Provide regular updates and clear communication of findings to key stakeholders, including the Complaint Resolution Committee (CRC) and Executive Leadership Team.
Drive ongoing development and enhancement of the investigation process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with best practices.
Ensure all investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration, while managing the outsourced Right Call Hotline and ensuring procurement policy compliance.
About you: Extensive experience in managing complex investigations, including interviews, document analysis, and report writing.
Strong analytical capabilities to assess and resolve serious misconduct matters such as breaches of the Code of Conduct, fraud, and conflicts of interest.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure, resolve complex issues, and navigate challenging situations with effective problem-solving and negotiation skills, while maintaining impartiality and integrity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Highly resilient and capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
