What your role will look like As the Lead Educator, you will lead a dedicated team of above-ratio educators and nurture a small group of children in a collaborative, enriching environment.
Children are two or older when they enrol in the program, ensuring a focused and cohesive experience for our youngest learners as they transition into their preschool years.
This structured program aligns with our kindergarten spaces for three and four-year-olds, creating a seamless learning journey for all children.
With set hours and drop-off/pick-up times, you'll enjoy structure and a small, intimate class size of 16 children, supported by two extra educators (above ratio) and a Jewish studies teacher.
Our client has earned an excellent reputation locally and nationally, offering an environment beyond traditional extended daycare and kindergarten settings.
As part of a school community, most of our children progress into the school's programs, fostering strong community ties and continuity in education.
What you'll bring: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) Exceptional experience leading in an early learning environment, including lead educator experience Excellent communication skills and a passion for nurturing young learners Knowledge of the Reggio philosophy is a welcome bonus We are committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for all.
