Gymnastics Australia is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join the Learning & Development team and drive the advancement of its education framework.
You will be responsible for creating engaging, interactive, and accessible courses, resources, and assessments, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing materials, using new technologies and innovative learning strategies.
You will work closely with the Learning and Development team, our state and territory member associations, and our community, including coaches, judges, and club administrators and will have a strong commitment to providing quality customer service and member support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and develop engaging online and practical learning materials that align with learning outcomes Maintain and enhance all learning resources as part of the continuous quality improvement framework Champion accessibility and consistency across all courses and resources Advise on best practices and process improvements for user experience and learning design Project Coordination Engage and build effective relationships with the GA community, including external organisations and contractors ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated experience in developing engaging e Learning resources Proven ability to work collaboratively and align priorities and planning within a team Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and the Articulate 360 suite Practical system administration experience with member databases, content management systems and learning management systems.
