The Marketing Advisor will be responsible for the build and execution of member and customer communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enable greater marketing automation capability to achieve strategic business objectives. Responsibilities Planning and executing the roll out of EDM and SMS communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build and manage integrated lifecycle journeys to achieve strategic business objectives, Maximise the campaign management usage and features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud by using Journey Builder and its activities Interact and trial with Content Builder features like dynamic content blocks, interactive email form blocks and A/B Test Block, to achieve marketing strategies in SFMC. Plan and perform A|B and multivariate testing to define and execute enhancements to content, conversion rates and campaign ROI. Work in conjunction with the Data Intelligence Analyst (DIA) to analyse member and customer behaviour. Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with CMS content updates. Skills & Experience Degree in marketing, business or related discipline 1-2 years' experience in marketing campaign execution Basic HTML knowledge and ability to perform HTML and CSS editing Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Mobile Studio or equivalent platform is desirable but not mandatory as training will be provided A strong self-starter and problem solver, able to work autonomously and in a team environment Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.
