Job Responsibilities: New Home Sales experience necessary Managing new enquiries and nurturing existing enquiries Working with potential clients to determine their new home needs and budgets in a timely manner Proactively networking leads, prospecting, and closing sales to achieve monthly sales targets Success in this role requires effective communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the housing market. Providing consistent follow-up to potential clients. Excellent customer service is essential, as consultants must build strong relationships with clients and understand their vision for their new home.
