Operations Lead - LMI Operations Location: Melbourne (preferred) Type: Permanent full-time role Hybrid role: Happy to talk flexible working The opportunity: In this role as the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice, direction, and technical support to the Lenders Mortgage Insurance operations and underwriting team. Your new role: You will manage the process improvement to support business transformation and process simplification across LMI Operations and Underwriting. This means you will be the key contact for operations and provide direction on process improvement and strategic initiatives. You will also complete operational activities within the team including premium payments, refunds, and portfolio alignments.
