Your Role As the Centre Manager, you will lease and oversee the portfolio of assets.
Your responsibilities will include: Oversee the operational performance and maintenance of assets within the portfolio.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies.
Manage tenant relationships, resolve escalated issues, and oversee tenant communication.
Guide the team in budget management, financial reporting, and achieving financial KPIs.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring superior client service.
Lead, mentor, and develop a small Centre Management team.
Your Advantage Demonstrated success in retail or centre management and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of WHS, sustainability, and building services.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to write detailed reports.
Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.
