About the opportunity We are looking for a passionate Relationship Manager to drive business development and account management initiatives in our Dealer Network channel and beyond! The primary purpose of this position is to lead business development and account management initiatives within the Dealer Network channel and other aligned organisations and industries.
This role is crucial for strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
You will support the Head of Sales (Custom Plates) in smashing sales targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline for precise revenue forecasting and accountability.
You will dive deep into product strategies tailored for major fleet operators, automotive OEMs, sporting clubs, and more! Responsibilities: Spearhead initiatives to develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify new sales prospects and leverage your expertise to maximize account growth.
Secure meetings that convert and negotiate contracts that harmonize customer needs with our services.
Conduct regular visits to assess satisfaction levels and champion our latest offerings.
Work closely with the Relationship Manager - Heritage Plates to unlock further growth avenues.
About you: To ensure success in this position, you will possess: 6+ years in B2 B business development, sales, or account management.
Proven ability to cultivate impactful relationships with Dealer Principals and corporate clients.
Exceptionally strong commercial intuition, with high EI and the ability to 'read the room' to identify compelling solutions for our customers.
Ingrained ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or sales (or equivalent experience).
Experience working in, or with, sectors such as automotive, major fleet, luxury goods or wide-area distribution of customised products.
Familiarity with complex regulatory environments, compliance requirements, and the operational nuances of sectors that involve potentially sensitive personal identification data.
