Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.As the Roster Coordinator/Admin , you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Service, Werribee.St Vincent's Care Services Werribee is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne's city centre.What's on your CV is important, but what's in your heart matters more. Because at St Vincent's, kindness works for us. Responsibilities: Relevant experience in a similar role proactively managing the administrative requirements associated with the scheduling of staff within a residential facility ensuring prompt and accurate services including processing and database management. Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (UKG and Workday highly desirable), Client Management and Care Management systems. Understanding interrelationship between Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Accreditation Standards and provision of services by St Vincent's Care Services. Certificate/Diploma Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable. High level of customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure with competing priorities. Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities. NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
