Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Coordinate meetings throughout the client policy life cycle, ensuring excellent communication and client management.
Meet and exceed retention targets and foster relationships with clients, insurers, and industry influencers.
Handle the complete renewal process, including negotiations and manage relationships with an existing panel of Insurers.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an Account Manager or Account Executive role specialising in Trade Credit Insurance.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
Strong existing Insurer relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
