About the Role Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the management of Financial Lines and complex claims with both market and client-facing responsibilities.
About You To be successful in this role, we are seeking either a qualified lawyer (minimum 2-3 years PQE desirable) or someone with considerable experience in the management of Financial Lines claims.
You will be experienced in: Management of Financial Lines Claims or litigation; Effective communication skills with a focus on technical claims management and advocacy of complex claims, including drafting claims submissions; Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and negotiate difficult disputes; Developing effective working relationships and good influencing skills to work across the business; An understanding of insurance products and markets with a particular focus on Financial Lines; Operational compliance in the Insurance Broking industry (highly advantageous).
