About the Role As an Senior Data Analyst in our Engineering, Tooling & Data Services team, you will support data-related services for technology including data analytics, data management, support audit procedures, reporting and compliance and risk management.

As a Senior Data Analyst, your key accountabilities will include: Planning and implementing practical solutions across data program increments and engages internal and external to align and manage interdependencies strategically.
Developing clear guidelines with practical implementation to streamline processes with minimal complexity and maximum efficiency to applicable policies and standards.
Developing, establishing, and implementing data governance principles, process, and solutions to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in Group Technology.
Continuously improve, simplify, and deliver better experience in Data Governance by developing new, innovative solutions, services, products, or propositions.
Engagement with leadership teams, to help them uplift data governance function and processes in Group Technology to ensure we stay compliant with the Data Governance Framework.
Provide advice and support to Data Owners and Data Stewards to ensure the data has adequate Ownership and Stewardship throughout its governed life cycle.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Demonstrated knowledge of data governance, data quality and data management practices including data-related regulatory requirements.
Good understanding of data architecture and conceptual data lineage and data visualisation.
Strong analytical, numerical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Good business analysis skills, including elicitation techniques and the ability to define requirements in complex and challenging environments.
Good working knowledge of ANZ's Enterprise Data Governance and I.
AM Framework Skills to manage complexity and transform into simple solutions.
Ability to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, evaluate the outcomes, and iterate.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
