Business Development Executive (Mortgages) Business Development Executives we are looking for you! Or are you a broker looking to become a BDM? Silo Group is on the hunt for motivated, go-getter BDM's. We are a property and financial services firm located in Toorak servicing the upper end of the market. You may be a broker wanting to go BDM - or you may be a BDM in the industry already looking for your next move. The ideal candidate is someone who has initiative, drive and wants to be the best version of themselves. We place a strong emphasis on our BDM's getting out there and building their own networks whilst we do all the hard work supporting you with in-house credit alongside end-to-end processing solutions. We give you the marketing, branding and education to hit the ground running. Having existing networks is necessary but also, motivated candidates will be considered. You will need to have existing experience in the Mortgages or Banking industry. So what does the job actually entail? You will be on the road or in the office and developing relationships with B2 B referral partners for mortgages. Or, you could even be client facing and getting mortgages directly from the source (B2 C). We are looking to grow our loan book and you will be the most important part of our business. We are very selective in the people we employ - because we only want the best. Minimum Requirements: Experience in the banking or financial services industry. Permanent residency and/or citizenship required.
