About the Role The Lookout Way is seeking a Technical Product Marketer to deliver effective strategies to drive the adoption and commercialisation of our product roadmap.
We seek an experienced candidate who has worked on a B2 B Saa S product in an autonomous product marketing capacity.
Further experience in healthcare, aged care, disability care or allied health industries highly valued.
You will have the support of our product, engineer, data and digital design team to understand our target market, position our products, and create compelling messaging that resonates with our customers.
Responsibilities Understand & articulate key value propositions: Translate technical details into benefits for the user.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and analyse competitor landscapes.
Product Positioning: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging differentiating our products in the market.
Product Marketing Strategy: Develop product marketing, messaging and positioning for core assets, growth programs and experiments.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including product descriptions, blog posts, case studies, and presentations, to educate and engage our target audience.
Feature Launch Campaigns: Plan and execute successful product launch campaigns, coordinating with all departments.
Add On & Solutions Campaigns: Plan and execute successful campaigns to drive campaigns, coordinating with all departments.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through various channels, including forums, customer support messaging, email marketing, and events.
Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell our products.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Develop technical community: around our product as a platform and maintain the resources that are required to support this engagement (stack overflow, forums, docs etc).
Key Skills & Qualifications 3-5 Years Experience in a similar B2 B Saa S product marketing role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Ability to hold a platform system architecture model in your head.
Highly Valued Skills Common enterprise business systems architecture understanding.
Technical product skills/coding in the database, web code or app languages valued.
Confidence in BA functions/data analytics platforms.
Experience working with Learning platforms/training strategies.
Experience in change management or project management.
What does a week look like? In this role in any week you might be asked to: Work with the product and packaging team to formulate and execute a product release strategy for a major feature release.
Work with the product design and engineering team on strategies to improve subscription or add-on revenue generated by a key product feature.
Work with our account management team to understand the most common requests from our client base that can be turned into new solutions or platform products.
Work with our sales team to ensure their sales collateral and pitch process is aligned with the current product strategy.
Work with our marketing design team to bring complex features to life with simple visuals and value statements.
Work with senior management to identify additional opportunities within the product that can be productised and formulate go to market strategies for this functionality.

We are prepared to offer a competitive salary package of around $140,000 to $150,000 per year plus super, depending on your skills and experience.
You'll work remotely from anywhere in Australia as long as you have a stable internet connection and a comfortable setup.
We do have offices throughout the country for face to face contact.
