About the role: We are looking for motivated, client-centric, outcome-focused leaders to join our expanding team.

It is desirable to understand and be able to administer/interpret a variety of psychometric/objective screening tools.
Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments.
Assess and treat clients to carry out community-based rehabilitation programs to improve functional independence and quality of life.

Provide evidence-based clinical services to participants living with disability and/or chronic complex conditions.

To be successful: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Psychology.
Current registration with AHPRA or SPA.
NDIS/HCP experience and understanding is highly preferable; however, as long as you have clinical experience, this is key.
A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential.
Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources.
A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Current driver's licence and registered vehicle.
Working with Children Check.
Other qualifications specific to disability will be highly regarded.
