Essential Functions (Job Duties and Responsibilities): Book orders from internal and external suppliers or subcontractors in the computer system.
Establish internal movement of goods in connection with collecting and packing the orders in the computer system.
Create proper export documentation for the orders which are ready to send.
Keep and care for the various department reports.
Enter the required data in different software programs.
Create commercial invoices for export shipments.
Solve custom issues and find alternatives.
Print picklist for daily shipments.
Monitor the EDP/Plan board on all activities for each project.
Provide Shipping Manager with the status of orders that are complete and ready.
Provide export status to internal and external stakeholders.
Achieve desired output.
Required Education and Experience: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of warehouse experience.
At least two years of export shipping experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resources Planning (JD Edwards).
Knowledge of transport, logistics, and customs procedures.
Knowledge of certificate of origin and shipper's letter of instruction.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, may require Holiday, weekends, and OT work.
Travel: This position does not require travel.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Employee will be working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Temperature can vary: cold temperatures of 40 degrees, and will be required to wear a jacket, or warm/hot temperatures of 70+ degrees.
Noise levels of 90 decibels can be reached at certain times.
Can be exposed to fumes or airborne particles while in the manufacturing environment.
